I had been racking my brain with some network issues at my house for a few months. Chris came in and in a methodical way, isolated and re-mediated the multiple problems I was having. I needed to have Windows XP installed on my new Windows 10 laptop. I thought I needed a dual boot but Chris suggested instead a virtual machine. It took about a week and a half before I was ready to proceed but Chris worked with me and got the job done with no technical problems. Reizer Technology has helped me with both personal and work computers. Personal computer needed to be updated. RTS did more than just update my computer. They backed up all my photos, videos and important files (on a personal hard drive I had given to use) cleaned my computer so it works faster. RTS helped me at work (in San Antonio). We were having trouble connecting our computers to the internet. We had contacted our internet provider and had our company IT guy look at it, nothing. RTS was able to connect through our laptop and get our internet back up and running. We were able to get all our computers connected to the internet and back up and running again in no time. I am not kidding when I say in no time! I called them around 9 a.m. and they had our computers back to use before 9:20 a.m. RTS was very professional. I am not the best with computers, and they were very patient with me in both situations. I would absolutely recommend them!
